SAFEMAGE  EULA



This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between You (either an individual or a company 

licensed to use our software and hereinafter referred to in this License as "You" or "Your") and SAFEMAGE (hereinafter 

referred as "We", "Us" or "Our") for the use of the Magento software extensions ("Product") you get from Us.



1. We grant you a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to install and use the Product (paid or free) subject to the terms and conditions set forth here within.



2. The Agreement comes into legal force the moment you order our Product (paid or free) from our site.



3. By ordering the Product (paid or free) you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, and that you agree to the content of the Agreement.



4. This Agreement gives you the right to use only one copy of a paid Product on one live Magento installation and any number of copies of a free Product on any number of live Magento installations.



5. We will not be liable to you for any damages (including any loss of profits/saving, or incidental or consequential) caused to you, your information and your business arising out of the use or inability to use our Product (paid or free).



6. We are the copyright holder of the Product (paid or free). The Product (paid or free), as well as any its components, is a copyrightable matter and is liable to protection by the law.



7. You may not use any part of the code in whole or part in any other software. You may not give, sell, distribute any portion of the Product (paid or free) or documentation to anyone. 



8. We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time and impose its clauses at any given time.



9. This Product is designed to work with specific Magento editions and its use on an edition other than specified is prohibited. We do not provide Product support in case of incorrect edition use.



10. We guarantee correct work of the Product with Magento default theme and default extensions only. 



11. Technical support is provided within a time period of 48 hours after it has been requested and for paid Products only. In case there are any changes or modifications made by you to the purchased Product, i.e. its code or any part of it, we reserve the right to provide no technical support for such a Product. 



12. Comprehensive product support for all the Magento extensions available on this site starting from the moment of your purchase for every paid extension purchased legally.
