We offer technical support for all of our paid products and services within 30 days from date of purchase. Support includes bug fixing in our products/services and QA relating to our products/services. Support doesn’t include customizing of our products/services to suit your needs, this is a separate service which involves extra payments. Installing 3rd-party extensions is also a paid service.
